Do you feel you have the experience to develop a Reward function for an exclusive retail business? The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is a completely new role so will be an excellent challenge for someone who has the ability to review the entire company pay structure and look at the company benefit programme. Specific projects to undertake include job grading and evaluation, designing the benefits programme brochure and reviewing the commission and bonus payments structure. This role will be based in Central London.
Who we're looking for
Not only will you be highly analytical, but you will be a real people person and have the ability to understand business needs and translate them into a progressive solution for the company. You must have the tenacity and initiative to work in a stand alone role and be able to come up with innovative solutions to make this role a success. Your CV will demonstrate new initiatives you have introduced and good project management experience. Retail or similar fast pacedexperience would be desirable.
