The International Schools Division operates schools in Central Europe and the Far East and is focused on the delivery of high quality British-style education to children and young people between 2-18 years of age. Each school's curriculum is based on the National Curriculum of England and adapted country by country to meet the different cultures and local conditions.

The International Schools division, which educates over 4,000 students in 9 schools in China, Korea and Central Europe, is experiencing very strong growth. We are seeking to recruit an International Schools Divisional Marketing Manager to support this growth and ensure the division's full future potential is realised.

The ultimate purpose of the role is to achieve pupil growth targets for the individual schools through the creation and implementation of marketing strategies that will generate parental enquiries and convert enquiries to enrolment. This customer-focussed role will involve developing an in-depth understanding of the international education market and building close working relationships with the schools to implement the plans and monitor performance against key KPIs to ensure the growth targets are achieved.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional who is passionate about what they do and with demonstrable experience, preferably within the education sector. CIM qualified, you will have the drive, marketing expertise, commercial awareness, and highly refined communication skills to meet this exciting challenge.

The position is based in Burton upon Trent and will involve regular travel to Europe and the Far East.
