The Head of Retail Recruitment will be accountable for the design and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to successfully deliver the businesses retail recruitment needs and the pipelining of excellent retail talent.
Responsibility will include
• Recruitment strategy development and delivery
• Talent pipelining and forecasting
• Recruitment performance management and reporting
• Work in partnership with hiring managers, HR and training teams to implement succession plans and identify top talent
• Build and manage supplier relationships
• Manage retail recruitment budget
• Mentor and coach hiring managers in process and best practice
• Review, update and improve recruitment processes
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate in the Head of Retail Recruitment role will be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
• Degree educated with professional recruitment qualification desirable
• Background in matrix organisations within the retail sector or similar multisite business
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• Proven track record of design and delivery of innovative candidate attraction strategies
• Demonstrable delivery of competency models and assessment centres
• Numerate with excellent communication and reporting skills
• Experienced in personality profiling and psychometric testing
