This is a key senior role within a major global organisation. From the Scotland office, the Marketing and Sales Director will be responsible for growing the business throughout EMEA. You will lead and develop the marketing and sales function within a multi-site and diverse customer focused business. This is a highly commercial marketing role where you will have P&L responsibility. You will be involved in high level negotiation with key industry clients such as British Airways, you will negotiate contracts and manage customer relationships.
Who we're looking for
Thesuccessfulcandidate will have a background in the Aerospace industry. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to manage a team and develop customer relationships across a diverse range of cultures. you will have a strong technical understanding of systems and services within the aerospace industry.
