In this role you will be responsible for driving key business relationships within the retail group to drive business performance and staff retention. Your key focus will be on engaging staff, managing talent and coaching directors to ensure they are managing staff in an effective manner.

The successful HR Business Partner will possess:
•HR generalist experience within a fast paced environment
• Employment law knowledge
• Communication skills
• Excellent Time and project management skills
• Effective coaching and mentoring skills
