The HR & Training Development Lawyers at my client play an integral and important role within the HR Practice Group, providing a platform for demonstrating the practices employment law skills and expertise to a wide variety of both new and established clients.
This role provides an opportunity to specialise in bringing law ' to life' by delivering practical and interactive training to both line managers & HR professionals across a broad spectrum of vertical markets, throughout this practices top notch client base. The role will provide the successful applicant with thechance to influence how legislation is interpreted by businesses and proactively provide them with the knowledge to help them avoid costly mistakes, in the future.

Who we're looking for
• You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of three years experience of providing clients with employment law advice, preferably to employers rather than employees. Your legal ability will be outstanding coupled with a natural bias towards practical solutions.
• The ability and willingness to deliver training on a majority northern region basis,with the occasional national remit. The role requires travel and training at client premises and or on site at my clients offices.
• Excellent oral presentation skills as well as the ability to devise & plan presentations, is essential.
• Self motivated, highly organised, can-do attitude with the ability to develop new business.
