To be responsible for the management of a transactional team, consisting of Fee Earners and Case Advisors. The role will involve:
• Providing relevant support and assistance to the team as and when necessary.
• Monitoring and addressing any training requirements within the team, in conjunction with the Training Manager.
• Completing a minimum of 120 transactional cases per calendar month.
• Dealing with all complaints within the Team.
• Maintain and record various forms of information and report to the Management Team on a monthly basis
• Dealing with any immediate issues of non performance/absence within the Team.
• Maintaining discipline within the team and ensuring appropriate cover is maintained.
• Monitoring fee earner performance and ensuring that a newly promoted fee earner become productive asap.
Who we're looking for
Ideal candidates should possess the following:
Essential
• A thorough knowledge of all legal and procedural issues connected with transactional conveyancing is essential.
• A proven ability to manage people
• A proven ability to resolve complaints.
• Minimum 1 yrs proven track record of fee earning in a Volume transactional environment
Desirable
• Professional legal qualifications or working towards obtaining one.
• Management Qualification
• Prior Sales and Purchases Team Leader expertise..
