The Sales & Purchase Fee Earner role is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join an already established firm at an exciting time in its history. This role requires a demonstrable track record of handling sales and purchases matters and an ability to handle a relatively high caseload. The firm has a great deal of work on at present and each fee earner must complete a minimum of 120 transactional cases per calendar month.
The firm believes strongly in developing its staff and is keen to sponsor them towards their licensed conveyancing qualification should they not already possess this. Career advancement is excellent.
Who we're looking for
Ideal candidates should possess the following:
Essential
• A thorough knowledge of all legal and procedural issues connected with transactional conveyancing.
• A minimum of 1 yrs proven track record of fee earning in a volume transactional environment.
• Prior Sales and Purchases expertise.
Desirable
• Professional legal qualifications or working towards obtaining one.
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
