As store manager you will be fully responsible for overseeing the running of the store. Duties will include:
• Staff training and development
• Recruitment
• Driving sales from the front to ensure maximum profits
• Ensuring KPI's are met and individual targets are set and reached
• Ensuring that each and every customer who walks into the store receives the highest level of customer service which is associated with this luxury brand.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must have experience of managing a team and must have worked in a highly customer focussed retail environment where customer service is paramount and one to one selling is the main focus. Previous experience of working with luxury brands is desirable, and although a background in jewellery would be an advantage it is nota necessity. You must be a driven ambitious manager who has a "can do"approach and a hands on management style.
