Our clients specialist Property Finance team works closely with the Banking & Finance team and provides advice and expertise on all aspects of property finance. The team has specialist strength in respect of lending on property development and newly constructed properties including advice on the relevant construction issues. The team also boasts a resource capable of undertaking large portfolio refinance within tight and challenging timeframes.
Who we're looking for
You will be an established Associate looking for the next step up or a Property Partner looking for a new challenge. You should ideally possess the following skills:
• Pragmatic approach to legal issues
• Resolve issues to client satisfaction
• Ensure they receive adequate cover for loans
• Able to meet tight deadlines
• Work on deals typically in the region of £10-50million.
• Deal with a high volume case load
• Prepare reports on title for clients
The ideal candidate will need to have a general commercial property and development background and have worked extensively in the property finance area before. In addition strong managerial, business development and client relationship management skills are required.
