As Campaign Analyst, you will be expected to provide analytical support to the Product Management team to enable an in-depth understanding of the underwriting and financial performance of the company's product range. You will be involved in an extensive range of activities as detailed below:
• developing an in-depth knowledge of the profile of the customer base
• developing and maintaining a suite of management information reports to identify trends in performance
• perform robust competitor price analysis to ensure pricing remains in-line with product strategy
• produce predictive models to enable accurate cost benefit analysis
• liaise with partner providers to obtain additional performance data
• monitor the impact of underwriting and price changes on the performance of the portfolio
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have experience in either General Insurance of Life Assurance and have an excellent knowledge of the financial services market and ideally the mortgage intermediary market. Strong numerical, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You must be self-motivated and have the ability to manage and prioritise given workload within business objectives. Excellent Access and Excel experience is essential, preferably with VBA skills.
