An exciting opportunity to work in a demanding & challenging environment.
A key player in the team, you will focus on new business acquisition and managing a portfolio of purely Healthcare sector accounts.
• Proactively manage an established portfolio of commercial healthcare relationships to ensure maximisation of income.
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of your customer base in order to understand individual business requirements and create value by matching/creating appropriate solutions.
• Aggressively pursue new, profitable relationships, with a view to growing your portfolio. Maintain and develop relationships with professional intermediaries, being recognised in the external market as the first choice for new business introductions in Healthcare.
• Work closely and collaboratively with internal business partners to ensure best products and services are provided to your customers as well as leveraging Group income.
Who we're looking for
• a self starter, with strong interpersonal, negotiating & networking skills.
• Ability to complete deals & beat competition.
• Initiative & self confidence to challenge & be proactive for benefit of customers and the Bank.
• Strong credit skills to structure deals effectively
• Understanding market/competition to take full advantage of opportunities.
• Healthcare skills an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.
