A key customer facing role which will utilise your skills & experience in order to develop business performance in the broker market.
Key Objective of the role is income growth through maximising deal flow from the broker market.
• Responsibility for managing a portfolio of broker relationships to maximise income to UK Business Banking.
• Support the growth of market share by developing new broker relationships.
• Drive income and balance sheet growth.
• Building business profile in the market through networking externally and internally.
• Exceed minimum service standards and meet all necessary regulatory, operational, compliance & credit controls. Collaborate with local staff, including Area Directors, to exploit all opportunities in the broker market and create opportunities for others where appropriate.
• Develop and implement a local marketing plan as directed by Line manager to include relevant networking activity, in order to achieve a high profile for the Bank in the local broker market.
• Develop a broad network of close relationships with brokers.

• Excellent sales , networking and credit skills.
• Strong Planning and Organising skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure.
