Amazing opportunity for a Change Manager - Mining Specialist to work for this major Mining company on a huge transformation project in Kazakhstan. This company is looking to create an internal consulting team of ex-management consultants and industry specialists to enable the firm to implement huge change and transformation projects.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will have excellent academics and be willing to work in Kazakhstan. Experience in the mining industry is an absolute necessity and mine planning would be a real bonus. Experience leading change programmes and influencing at all levels in a business is required. Ability to speak Russian would be a bonus.
