In the department, the successful candidate will agree the annual budgets for Private Client tax (PCT) with the Directors, set and review technical standards, liaise with other departments; lead, motivate and performance-manage the team, to provide technical coaching and undertake regular networking activities.
As account manager, responsibilities include:
• Lead the planning and delivery of larger or more complex tax assignments and transaction support engagements.
• Identifying additional business opportunities from existing clients
• Create good working relationships with other departments to generate new business
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a CTA / ACA qualified candidate with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in a personal tax environment preferably with management experience.
