Our client, one on the UK's leading public sector organisations has an opportunity for an HR Business Partner for an initial period of 3 months. Working as part of the senior management team you will be a strong experienced HR Generalist who will be able to take on the following responsibilities from day one.
• Recruitment
• Absence Management
• Career Development
• Succession & Workforce Planning
• Performance Management

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional that has the skill set to be able to make a difference in the organisation from day one. You will be immediately available or finishing a current contract soon. Along with this the need to be CIPD qualified and possess a confident nature are essential for the success of this role.
