As the Director of Learning Methods, you will be part of the Learning Methods team researching, designing, developing and delivering learning experiences, as well as providing Learning Methods Support across the corporation. Key responsibilities will include:
• Custom designing packages based on specific learning outcomes, developing learning materials and seeing projects through to completion.
• Providing overall direction and execution of any learning package, ensuring effective delivery to the specified requirements of the client.
• Budgeting - working closely with the Client to develop appropriate budget parameters for specific learning activities.
Who we're looking for
You will be confident relating to senior level clients, with strong relationship building skills in a corporate environment. As an extremely organised individual, you will be adept to working in an evolving and challenging organisation where quality customer service is paramount. Requirements include:
• Proven success in designing learning modules through to delivery stage.
• Knowledge of working in different geographies with diverse cultures.
• Small group facilitation skills required; large group facilitation skill desirable.
• Success in organising coordinating complex projects and programmes.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous involvement with business planning and training delivery at a senior level.
• Advanced degree in relevant area of expertise. i.e.. organisational development, instructional design etc.
