As a skilled and and professional HR Manager, you will be able to hit the ground running from day one within this leading public sector organisation based in Yorkshire. You will have worked at a similar level previously and possess many of the attributes associated with a generalist role.
You will responsibility for managing the departmentsoperational team as well looking after other related HR issues. Other responsibilities will include:
• Influencing and motivating key team and board members
• Looking at the organisations resourcing process and associated Employment Legislation
• Generalist HR
• Learning and organisational development
Who we're looking for
You will be an experienced HR Manager with direct experience at working at an operational and strategic level. You will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Experience within recruitment
• Strong operational management experience
• Sound understanding of Employment Legislation
• CIPD qualified of equivalent
• Ability to handle high levels of responsibility
• Proven experience in this or a similar field
• Experience of working within the NHS or Local Government sectorswould be advantageous
