Our Client seeks to recruit a commercial property lawyer to join their successful team in Surrey. The work will include the sale and purchase of commercial property; drafting and approval of leases; matters relating to the Landlord and Tenant Act; and general advice on commercial property and landlord and tenant matters.

Who we're looking for
You will:
• Be able to manage a caseload of commercial property matters with minimal supervision
• Be able to work effectively as a team member
• Have a friendly disposition
• Be IT competent
