Interim Business Unit Manager

Reporting into a regional M.D, the successful interim will be responsible for incorporating strategic planning, business development, financial & asset management and quality control. You will be expected to build & develop high level customer relations with existing & potential customers through a thorough understanding of their needs & demands.

Who we're looking for
• Possess strategic managerial experience at a senior level
• Have a broad background within M&E FM services
• Possess the ability to develop new business streams
• Be a confident self-starter who is able to prioritise & work on a range of activities within a high pressure environment.
• Have worked within a service provider environment or been involved in the strategic FM implementation from a client perspective
