This is a role that sits within a newly formed finance function and takes responsibility for developing & delivering the strategic business agenda. This is an important generalist role where you will amongst other things, lead the development and execution of a people plan for the function, identify future organisational capability and diagnose current gaps, drive the talent management and succession planning agenda and lead, coach and motivate the HR team to deliver the plans and priorities. The client group is global and therefore you will need to be comfortable with 20% travel and being able to deliver through a virtual team of HR Advisors.
Who we're looking for
You will be a degree educated HR professional with experience of working in a complex global business. This will have given you high degrees of skill in building relationships across different borders and cultures. You will have preferably specialised in talent management across a EMEA framework and understand how best to manage relationships across a remote network
