Based in the North West, the Strategic Marketing Director will be tasked with contributing to the Marketing Strategy aligned to the strategic proposition and business growth plans.

They will monitor and improve ROI of marketing activity and optimise product and service delivery through all channels.

They will develop and align the product to customer requirements based on current and future customer profiles as understood from market research, ensuring the customer experience fits with the business strategy .

Who we're looking for
The Strategic Marketing Director will be based in the North West and be able to demonstrate a track record of excellence
• With a heavy focus on CRM, you will steer the overall off-line and on-line communications mix to recruit, retain and increase the value of the client's customers
• A proven team leader will the ability to influence at board level, you will ideally have been working as a Marketing Director of a financial services business or an equally fast-paced environment
