Client Account Manager

• Primary point of contact for clients escalated issues.
• Assist with product migration, database updates and related customer projects.
• Analyse trends through use of the SLA and manage overall delivery of service to assigned client base.
• Protect existing business and revenue by ensuring Client Delivery, Product and Operations address clients issues in a timely manner.
• Complete account opening process for all incremental accounts.
• Support RM on all documentation (e.g. signature list lodgement) for clients and manage the documentation deficiency process.
• Manage documentation requirements for existing clients e.g. resolicitation of tax documents and new market documentation.
• Manage Industry Surveys.
• Participate in projects to develop/change client specific operational processes.
• Work closely with the Product teams and the GTS RM in relation to service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct client training (as required).
• Log and resolve escalated service issues.
• Update MIS and tracking systems (ICA, CDMS changes, CRM, etc.).
• Support MIFT processes.
• Support the RM on billing issues.
• Identify cross sell opportunities and work with RM to implement.

Who we're looking for
• Comprehensive knowledge of either global custody, fund accounting, transfer agency or cash management product/services.
• Knowledge of Securities and cash operations, product and Risk Management as required.
