As an experienced Learning and Development professional you will be tasked with providing and taking the lead role in the delivery of the organisations equality and diversity obligations. This will all be inline with the organisations management framework.

Who we're looking for
You will be an excellent team player with a proven experience in Learning and Development. You will also posses the following skills and attributes:
• Be able to manage your own workload.
• Have strong analytical skills.
• Enthusiasm and determination to deliver results.
• You will be CIPD qualified or working towards and have a full understanding of all aspects of the training cycle.
