Finning is a dynamic organisation which is continuing to grow and develop year on year. It is an extremely exciting time to be joining Finning and for this reason we are looking for excellent calibre candidates who are looking to build a long term career within this fantastic company.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a global Caterpillar and general equipment distributor, with a UK turnover of over £700 million. The newly formed Group compliance team will have a high profile and highly visible role in assisting Finning's compliance with Bill 198 (the Canadian version of Sarbanes-Oxley). • An appreciation of financial processes, risks, controls and their financial reporting impact.
• Experience of documenting internal processes and controls.
• Problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with initiative and to adapt to change.
• Strong IT literacy, particularly MS Excel (MS Visio useful).
• Willingness to travel - occasional visits to other UK branches may be required.
