Contract Director

Contract Catering

As a Contract Director you will be fully account for the Contract Catering operation of this enormous building. Inside there are facilities ranging from bars, coffee shops, 5 star conference & events facilities, and fine dining!
Running the site will involve:
• Full P&L accountability for the business you are running
• Recruitment and training of your senior management team
• Relationship management with senior members of your client's organisation
• Concept and operational development of the food & retail offering.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will come from a hotel environment. Your current/recent roles will be in a General Management level within a luxury 4-5 star hotel. You will have a track record of improving operations, and driving sales.
