This role encompasses the following specifications;
•Aberdeen operations resourcing strategy.
•Organisational capability and competency for onshore and onshore employees.
•People and team performance and development.
•Organisation management of change.
•Annual HR cycle (performance, development reviews and linkages to reward).
•Ensuring all HR activities are undertaken in accordance with Group HR Frameworks and Business Principles.
•Supporting organisational development and change to realise business plan performance.
•Active member of Aberdeen Leadership team, supporting Aberdeen operations to become recognised as best operator in the North Sea.
•Fully support the creation and development of an onshore and offshore environment that provides growth opportunities for our client, and opportunities for teams and individuals to develop their full potential.
The successful candidate will also have overall ownership for the following responsibilities;

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have track record of HR generalist experience and in particular the application of robust employee engagement practices, and be keen to join a dynamic team and grow with the business.
