The successful candidate will manage a large Resourcing Administration team delivering all internal and external recruitment services for the business. They will provide a high quality service to Recruiting Line Managers and also take a lead in promoting the employer brand to the external marketplace. Key accountabilities will include:
• Leading and managing the delivery of the end to end Resourcing Administrative processes
• Delivering KPIs and recruitment management information to the business
• Lead andmotivate the team to deliver an excellent service to the business and enable the individuals to develop
• Ensure legislation and policy are followed and the team are fully aware of and acting within these guidelines
Who we're looking for
You will have proven track record of leading and motivating a large team, and developing a customer service focused culture. You will have experience of managing acomplex high volume recruitment operation. You will also have had experience of using candidate management systems. You will be process orientated and enjoy improving and developing processes in order to deliver service excellence.
