Financial Analyst/ Business Analyst

As a financial/ business analyst your role will be as diverse as it is interesting. A senior member of the Finance team you will be responsible for a number of unique areas. These include leading on analysis at project and programme level while working closely with various members of the development team. You will review and appraise project business cases and wider project business plans. You will also be the Finance lead on programme level reporting and analysis.

Risk management, including ensuring systems and processes are appropriately set up to manage risk, will be a key element to this role. Furthermore you will also have extensive exposure to corporate planning, budgeting and executive decision making.

The broad scope of this role will give you experience in various areas allowing exposure to people at all levels of the organisation while broadening your skill set in the process.

Who we're looking for
The right candidate will be a qualified or part qualified accountant with experience in the following areas
- financial analysis skills
- project financial appraisal
- business planning
- excellent written and oral presentation skills

Experience of property and regeneration projects would be a bonus as would an understanding of economic appraisals.

You will need to be versatile and flexible in your approach to work, while hard working and a good team player.
