The role will involve supporting the business operations across the UK and Ireland. You will be required to provide sound, commercially focused advice to the HR and wider business divisions, as well as managing external counsel. Reporting into the Senior Employment Counsel you will work closely with middle and senior management. You will be an integral part of the employment team and have responsibility for helping the legal department ensure compliance with group policies, practices and procedures.
Who we're looking for
- Qualified Employment Lawyer
- Previous experience in dealing with TUPE/restructuring issues
- A broad understanding of both contentious and non-contentious employment law
- Previous In-house or Private Practice experience
