My client is currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the Regional Operational Manager in all aspects of HR delivery. This role will be based in Edinburgh with some travel to 3 key sites across Scotland therefore candidates must be willing to travel on a regular basis. Within this role you will engage with a range of multi-functional teams and senior managers across the business.

Your remit will consist of promoting the effective management of people across a number of sites. Your role will consist of all aspects of employment law, disciplinary and grievance proceedings and the training and development of staff in addition to further strategic HR projects.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a solid HR Generalist who is happy to travel on a regular basis. You will have significant employee relations experience as well as previous experience of TUPE transfers as well as having operated in a unionised environment. My client is looking for a self starter who is capable of operating in a highly autonomous role.
