You will be joining a transaction support team of six staff and three partners situated in theGatwick and Slough offices.

The candidate will be involved in all aspects of transaction support work, with focus on Financial Due Diligence reports and reporting accountant assignments for AIM flotations.
The candidate will be involved in proposals for new work, planning of assignments, all aspects of the assignment procedures (listed below) and completion.

Additionally, the candidate will take responsibility for departmental development projects with the aim of improving efficiency and ultimately profitability.

Transaction support assignment procedures will cover the following:

· on site due diligence including meetings with management of businesses, investigation of business history and operations and analysis of financial activity

· drafting of findings in the form of due diligence, working capital and long form reports

· forecast reviews and presentation of findings

· liaising with other internal specialists, including taxation and sector experts

· liaising with Nominated Advisors and lawyers

· reviewing historical financial information (under both UK GAAP and IFRS)

· attendance of all parties meetings with clients and other advisers

· review of admission documents



To assist in the candidates development in the role, the opportunity to study for the ICAEW based corporate finance exam will be provided, supported by a generous study package.



The client base being serviced covers the South East and London but will involve travel to

other parts of the UK and internationally. Recent countries visited by the team include the

US, South Africa, Hong Kong and China, France, Switzerland and Namibia.

Who we're looking for
Qualified ACA or ACCA.
Ideal candidates will have had prior transaction services / due diligence experience.
