The role is to provide support to the Share Plans Team, in the successful management and implementation of share plans. To lead and co-ordinate the project planning of all colleague share plans, including grants and maturities, liaising with the project work stream leaders to ensure that all project reporting and activities are delivered to plan.
• Provide high quality service and advice to internal and external contacts, e.g. investigate and resolve problems/queries in line with the Plan rules;
• Build and maintain technical knowledge on share plan legislation
• To undertake all relevant project plan disciplines, including reporting, tracking and monitoring of progress, leading the planning of the share plan projects and the designated milestones to ensure successful delivery. Be responsible for monitoring and reviewing activities against the project plan and taking corrective action where necessary;
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;
Senior administrative and task management skills.
Preferably they will have share plans exposure, either as an administrator or from an HR perspective, however this is not essential.
Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel. Microsoft Project
Ability to absorb and interpret technical information
Strong communication and influencing skills (written and verbal)
Budgeting knowledge
Attention to detail and quick to learn
