Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be tasked with improving the quality of products and services provided by the fire safety division of the group, leading the implementation across the supply chain of consistent quality systems and metrics whilst driving cultural change with regards to quality. Ensuring that all continuous improvement activity is effectively co-coordinated and executed to deliver the projected benefits in line with the business plan.

Who we're looking for
• HND minimum in an engineering or technical discipline
•Knowledge of modern manufacturing environments utilising Lean / Six Sigma principles.
• Leading and facilitating improvement project teams, coupled with a proven track record of achievement in a manufacturing environment.
• Applicants with knowledge of electronics, plastic and metal forming manufacturing processes are desirable.
