As a Contract Manager based in London, you will be fully accountable for the operational performance of you business offering a diverse service, from high street 'grab and go' deli-style concepts, through to event management and student accommodation. You day will vary with a mix of day to day food service retail operations and fine dining restaurants supplemented with client reviews, concept development and improvement, and the running of high profile events.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Contract Manager will have a background in catering backed up with a track record in running events and banqueting. You must be able to demonstrate that you have been fully accountable for a £1.5m+ business in your recent roles.
