This is a resourcing role demanding to:
• Lead and manage the delivery of the end to end Resourcing administrative processes.
• Ensure the advice given to line managers and candidates is of high quality, consistent and delivered in a customer focused way.
• Ensure all KPI's and recruitment management information are delivered in a timely manner.
• Continually monitor and improve the Resourcing Administration operation in line with benchmarkable best practice, customer needs, and Resourcing strategy.
• Drive Resourcing Administration team performance in a way that enables the team to achieve its objectives and facilitates the development of the team.
• Ensure legislative frameworks and relevant policy are communicated to the Resourcing Administrative team and that processes are managed within these constraints.
• Ensure all complaints and incidents are effectively managed and learning embedded.
• Management of 3rd Party suppliers in relation to Credit Checks and employment vetting processes.
• Management, control and audit of temporary recruitment processes.

• Demonstrated experience of managing complex, high-volume recruitment administration operation in an efficient and effective manner
• Asound underpinningof the end to end recruitment process.
• A good understanding of the role Resourcing plays and its interactions with other HRS functions across the employee life cycle
• Demonstrated experience in management of workflow across different channels (web, recruitment system)
• An understanding of the application of candidate management and other HR systems
•A strong awarenessof Employment legislation relating to recruitment and the application of related internal policies
• Ability to influence at a senior level, including successfully facilitating joint decision-making
• Demonstrated experience of successfully managing change in an operational environment
• Experience of applying performance measurement approaches in driving up business efficiency and process quality
• Able to articulate and evaluate the value created by processes delivered within their organisation
• Has a clear understanding of the financial impact of process change and control
• Knowledge of project management and operat
