My client a Global Logistics Organisation is looking for an HR Manager Compensation & Benefits to be based on site in Hayes.The HR Manager will have specific responsibility for Compensation and Benefits whilst also supporting a functional team as an HR Partner. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has an interest in developing their Compensation and Benefits knowledge and experience. My client is part of a major global company and as such this is not a full Compensation and Benefits role as key issues such as grading and bonus systems are driven corporately; in addition some strategy is delivered nationally. The HR Manager will be required to assist in the development and implementation of Compensation and Benefits processes and policies plus support the implementation of change and harmonisation. The individual will need an excellent eye for detail to ensure credibility of delivery in the Compensation and Benefits area.
Who we're looking for
Of degree calibre and ideally CIPD qualified you will be able to demonstrate a proven generalist career. Up to date on all aspects of employee relations and with exposure to Compensation and Benefits you will be an excellent negotiator and a strong communicator at all levels. You will be used to working in a competitive, blue chip environment and undertake your work with a constant sense of urgency.
