As a General Manager you will have accountability for one ofmy client'skey sites within the South West. You will focus on delivering the proposition that has madethis clientthe market leader by motivating, coaching and developing your people. Also key is being able to drive the business forward and look for new opportunities for growth. The commercial hub of this customer focused business unit, you will strive to ensure that the standards and customer service exceed expectations at all times. You will report directly into theArea Manager.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a dynamic, commercial manager either from a hotel/hospitality or retail background. You will need to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and a focus on achieving high standards. In order to be successful in this role you will need to possess strong people skills with a real ability to motivate and develop your people.
