Our Client seeks to recruit a Corporate NQ to join their highly rated team in Kent. The work includes a good mix of corporate work including acquisition, disposals, company restructures and corporate finance. There will also be opportunities to work as part of cross discipline transactional teams, as required.

Who we're looking for
You will;
Have a minimum LLB 2:1 and good LPC results
Have at least 6 months corporate experience during their training contract
Strong IT skills
have a self-starting attitude
Be commercially minded and interested in business development.

Our Client is one of the largest legal practices in the county.they are also a legal and financial practice unique to Kent and proud to be so.
