Our client seeks to recruit a senior corporate solicitor to join their successful team in Maidstone. The work will include a wide range of corporate services for a number of different clients including banks and financial institutions, healthcare trusts, growing businesses and charities. These services include completing private equity deals, advising on mergers and acquisitions and handling often complex commercial contracts.

Who we're looking for
You will:
Be able to run a full and varied caseload of corporate matters with minimal supervision
Be IT competent
Have a friendly disposition and able to work effectively as part of a team
