HR Assistant

The role will encompass the follow areas, the role is diverse and developing with business needs, so this list is by no means exhaustive;
* process writing

* completing the review and publication of the companies handbook

* recruitment activities

* occupational health activities

* Maintaining the companies'-HR system

* manage the new starters and leavers process

* provide support to the HR Managers on all related activities

* provide admin support for all HR activities

Who we're looking for
As the successful candidate you will be able to provide administrative support and generalist advice to all areas of the business.You will have a genuine interest in and enjoy working with people. Seeking a challenge you will be able to develop within this role and provide value to the business as a whole.
