?« Monitor and action various credit-related data such as the managers daily/weekly/monthly reports, refer excesses and propose solutions to the Manager.
?« Gather and analyse financial and other information and prepare properly structured credit applications
?« Assist in tailoring customer solutions by utilising the full range of Bank's products and expertise.
?« Make recommendations toensure that debt structuring balances the customers needs with risk
?« Obtain, analyse and monitor management information and ensure that appropriate security cover/covenants are in place and are complied with.
?« Act as a point of contact for enquiries often in the absence of the Relationship Manager, dealing with issues/queries to ensure customer service is of the highest standard.
?« Maintain & process appropriate documentation, liaising with customers on specific points to achieve delivery.
?« Maintain highest levels of credit stewardship and operational management across the portfolio.
?« Understand compliance and regulatory regime in which business operates.

Who we're looking for
?« Experience of relationship/sales roles.
?« Knowledge and understanding of appropriate Corporate products and funding solutions.
?« Developing understanding and appreciation of the economic and financial outlook.
?« Developing interpersonal, negotiation, team and networking skills.
?« Well developed verbal and written communication skills.
?« Good knowledge of the Bank's procedures and policies.
?« Achieved or is working towards appropriate qualifications.
