Reporting to the Head of Planned Maintenance within the Asset Management department you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of the company's services packages.
You will be responsible for the execution of all M & E works within one of the largest housing associations in the East Midlands.
As M & E Manager you will play a leading role in driving forward the business through working closely with selected contractors and ensure that relationships with our partners are continually established and developed to ensure the effective delivery of service.
Working on Cyclical contracts you will have a proven track record of working on and managing teams on sheltered schemes throughout the region.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will possess:
• A proven track record of working on M & E projects for Housing Associations.
• Excellent customer service and inter personal skills.
• Project Planning and management experience.
• Experience of working with service partners.
• Recent relevant qualifications.
• The ability to lead a team during change.
