The role as a Local Business Manager is to develop and enhance existing roles with existing clients. You will assess their account's and advise on new products that would be of benefit. You will be responsible for the Whitehaven and Workington Area.
The role within local business has the opportunity to grow and there is a structured plan on how to develop your skills and further your career.

Who we're looking for
The skills that my client are looking for are:-
• The ability to develop relationships with key clients
• The ability to create relationships with new clients
• The desire to take ownership and see your action through to completion
• Exposure to lending would be advantageous to the role
• Retail banking would be an advantage but any exposure to a sales focused environment would be considered.

My client is a leading Retail Bank. The have an exceptional High Street presence and are one of the big four.

What's on offer
Basic salary ranging from £22k to £28k. Bonus and benefits are also on offer with this role.
