Work with a small sales operations team to ensure the smooth running of our clients sales processes, providing essential specialist support to all sales staff across the full range of sales functions. Additionally, this role provides a key interface with other business units.
Who we're looking for
Specific responsibilities include :
1. CRM system data management
2. CRM Gold user, providing specialist sales support
3. CRM system continual improvement and process alignment.
4. Sales process operations support and specialist support to sales staff
5. Order management support and continual improvement
6. Support development of new sales processes to cover new products, services, solutions and market sectors
7. Management and production sales staff and pipeline performance reports
8. Reviewing SOV reports for errors, managing product code and historic order exclusions so maintain report accuracy
9. Receiving, checking, approving, Customer Briefings and managing and continually improving this customer focussed process
10. Managing, performance reporting / tracking sales commissions
11. Support the management and roll out of Steps of Sale training
