Interim Recruitment Advisor

As the interim Recruitment Advisor, your main dutieswill beto co-ordinate recruitment activities, ensuring that candidates are recruited within timescales and budgets. You will ensure ensure the provision of a high quality, value added service, in partnership with the business. You will work with the recruitment manager to achieve recruitment targets through the creation of an efficient, pro-active recruitment activity utilising all available resources. As well as managing internal relationships, you will also contribute to the organisation'strategic goals by continuing to recruit, develop and retain the best people.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will identify retention issues in conjunction with the business and develop appropriate means of action to limit attrition. You will demonstrate previous experience of managing, delivering and co-coordinating the recruitment cycle within timescales and budget. Previous experience of working within a resourcing capacity is essential. You must also be immediately available for start
