Continuous Improvement Specialist

Working with a variety of client companies, you will drive the "Operational Excellence" Programme on site, potentially improving all areas of the Operations including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Processes, New Product and Process Introduction.
You will:
•work out the improvement potential and the "Vision" and develop the implementation plan to hit the targets
• train and coach improvement "shop floor" teams to achieve a dramatic reduction of the priority "losses";
• empower the line organisation to operate with the new standards day by day, installing permanent systems to hold the gains
Who we're looking for
A CI and lean specialist with excellent Interpersonal skills along with a strong hands-on approach are essential to facilitate the change process at all levels of the organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for strong personalities with extensive knowledge of the operations and the drive and enthusiasm to improve a business
