As Project Manager, you willliaise closely with the Quality Team Leader, Property Managers, and the Asset Surveyor to ensure continual improvement. Main duties will include-
• To Direct and lead the project management functions on behalf of the Association and any of its clients.

• To programme and plan the property team's works programmes.

• Line management of the project management positions.

• To lead the Associations supply chain to achieve our defined success factors for each project.

• To lead the use the principles of collaborative working to secure continual improvement in the Associations works programmes.

• Lead the application of risk management to ensure that the Associations resources are protected and utilised in an appropriate manner that fits the Association's status.

• To ensure departmental and personal objectives defined in the Association's Operational Plan are achieved.

• To demonstrate a pro-active commitment to equal opportunities and diversity and its delivery and promote best practice in all areas of work.

• Any other duties consistent with the positions level of responsibility and by direction of the Property Director.

Who we're looking for
The ideal Project Manager will be able to demonstrate-

•Project management proficiency through relevant qualifications (such as RICS or equivalent) or experience.
• An aptitude for Line Management
• The ability to organise and self-manage own and others' workflows within the Project Team.
• A good working knowledge and experience of ICT with particular experience of the Microsoft suite of software.
• The ability to practice and administer time principles of collaborative working.
