An excellent opportunity to work with this growing Private Practice firm within the Corporate division. The candidate will be taking on all Corporate caseload.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will be at Senior Associate or Partner level. Have a strong background in Corporate work and transactions. Candidate should have the ability to conduct corporate and commercial contracts work at all levels, such as acquisitions of PLC's.
Candidate should have excellent marketing experience [this is essential]and be able to move their work into new directions.
About our client
Excellent and reputable Private Practice firm, 3 offices within the West Midlands and looking to grow further. Cliental are both local clients, large PLC's and national clients.
