The Regional HR Manager is a leader of people who will play a key role in championing the continued development of the culture of locations within the region. To develop and maintain professional relationships with both our customer's and colleagues, offer suggestions through personal observations and awareness of the business to build on and improve operational procedures. To promote the team as a proactive Business Partner within each location by driving forward creative solutions for service delivery with passion and commitment.
Who we're looking for
People and Development
• Through the development of key relationships within each location, provide guidance and direction to the Operation's Management team to ensure an improved overall performance in the delivery of key business objectives
Learning and Development
• Support the senior management teams by coaching the HOD's to get the best out of their people and themselves, assisting in the delivery of companies business objectives.
Talent Management
• Responsible for ensuring each location attracts, employs and gives the best start to all new employees to the business and retains the best people through committing to their continued development.
